The Write Notes – October 2020

Dear Students & Families,Fall is certainly in full swing with the autumn leaves in beautiful transition and pumpkins EVERYWHERE.

While learning plans are being continuously adjusted for many students and schools, the SJAA is working hard to maintain our routines for steady progress and rewarding performance opportunites.

Studying music is simply one of the healthiest and most natural ways to be ourselves and feel normal when the world gets turned upside down.

“Pick 3 Referral Contest”

The Academy is in growth mode and we need your help.

Uncertainty and apprehension about starting new activities has certainly slowed our ability to use all of our newly remodeled spaces.  In a normal year, we would have expected to meet our available capacity for students and classes in 2020.

Our beloved instructors work hard and have limited spots for their studios and most are FULL.  We’ve just added 3 more great teachers this month and hope to add more.  We are super selective about our team so it’s a process to bring in only the best applicants.

The Academy is not going to be for everyone.  We are doing something special here.

With that all being said, we do have some very limited spaces available for certain instruments and we want to work with great families JUST LIKE YOURS.

We have a great culture of referrals and recommendations already.  Thank you for that and it means everything to us.

Our fall “Pick 3 Referral Contest” is a way for us to show a little more appreciation and we hope a fun way for your family to recommend the SJAA.

It’s easy to play…
1) Refer friends or family to study with us.
2) If they register for lessons and stay at least a month, your student will win a gift card for each referral.
3) Pick from one of three $25.00 gift card options from Amazon, Target or JoeTown Mini Golf & Raceway

When friends register they fill out your name in the “How did you hear about us?” box and Voila!
You win.  No limit to how many you can win (until we run out of spaces.)

You can also easily “refer a friend more discreetly at this link.
http://www.stjosephartsacademy.com/referafriend/

Just fill out the form and we’ll do the follow-up.  If they sign up, you still win!

We’ll play until November 30!
Thanks for sharing the SJAA with your friends and family.

Our protection plans, safety and cleaning protocols are constant, continuous and on-going. It continues to be safety first around here.  Our waiting areas are technically still “closed” for the time being and we remain diligent.  The SJAA is dedicated to making any needed changes and in tune with local and state guidelines.

Lots more news and important information below.

Always here for our students and families.  Let me know if you need anything at all.

Thank you, Jason!
